Holistic Counseling & Therapy
As a psychologist, systemic counselor, and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, I can support you with exploring your personal issues in a safe and mindful setting. Conversations often open up new perspectives: on yourself, on your relationships, on what burdens you—but also on what strengthens you.
However, some issues have deeper roots - emotionally or physically. In such cases, complementary methods such as hypnosis, tapping techniques (EFT), or the Yager Code can provide valuable access to inner resources. These tools allow you to work with the subconscious, transform old patterns, and support change processes on a deeper level.
Using a combination of different methods, I will support you in overcoming blockages, discovering your strengths, and achieving your goals. I focus on your individual situation and then we decide together which approaches are best suited to provide you with effective and sustainable support.
The core principle of my work is that: YOU are the expert in your life. But, I will accompany you on your journey with professional knowledge, empathy and a holistic approach.
Typical concerns that people come to me with include:

How It Works
The sessions take place exclusively online - making it flexible to suit your needs. A session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
The costs of treatment as a practitioner for psychotherapy are generally not covered by statutory health insurance. My services are therefore primarily aimed at self-paying clients.
To promote accessibility to mental health support, I offer a reduced social rate.
