Mindfulness & Meditation
Meditation and mindfulness are far more than mere techniques for relaxation or concentration enhancement. Of course, they have these beneficial effects, but their true depth extends far beyond that. Mindfulness is an art of living—a philosophy that encompasses all areas of life and helps you continually find your inner center.
My own journey began with meditation, and to this day, it forms the foundation of my life. Through multiple silent meditation retreats and practices with meditation experts around the world, I have gained profound experiences and developed a solid understanding of the transformative power of meditation. In doing so, I have learned not only how to be present in silence, but also how to anchor mindfulness in the midst of life—in challenging moments, when dealing with emotions, and when connecting with others.
Meditation is not an isolated practice, but a stance toward life. It opens up a space in which we can accept our thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. A space that doesn't free us from challenges, but teaches us how to remain balanced and calm while overcoming them.

I will guide you in experiencing the true depth of mindfulness and meditation and in practicing it in a way that not only helps you in the moment, but also supports you in leading a fulfilling life in the long run.
Weekly 1:1 Mindfulness Sessions
The weekly 1:1 sessions form the core of the 10-week path. Here, we focus on your personal practice. Each session is tailored to provide you with targeted techniques and prompts that will deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice. Together, we'll reflect on your progress, discuss obstacles and challenges, and work to overcome them. This allows you to continuously grow and develop your practice.
Accompanying Tasks & Reflections
The accompanying tasks are designed to firmly anchor mindfulness and meditation in your daily life. These tasks serve to build habits and help you apply what you've learned to your daily life. Each week, you'll receive specific exercises and reflections to support you and your practice. As you work through these tasks, you'll track your progress and gain new perspectives.
Audio Instructions for your Self-Practice
The weekly audio meditations accompany you on your 10-week journey and support you in deepening your mindfulness practice. Each meditation is specifically tailored to the topic of the respective week and helps you anchor what you've learned in your personal practice. This allows you to immerse yourself in your meditation at any time and find inner peace and clarity.
How It Works
The weekly sessions take place exclusively online and usually last 60 minutes.
The costs are generally not covered by statutory health insurance. My services are therefore primarily aimed at self-paying patients.
To promote accessibility to mental health support, I offer a reduced social rate.
